1. Our Services
SECURE YOUR HOME Ltd specialises in the installation, maintenance, and repair of:
- CCTV Systems
- Burglar Alarms
- Security Systems (Supply & Fit or Fitting Only)

All services are provided within the UK, and only to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2. Payments & Deposits
- For invoices exceeding £500, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full upon job completion, before the engineer leaves the property.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, a 20% cancellation fee of the total job value will be deducted from your deposit.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to securyourhomeltd@yahoo.com.
4. Non-Payment Policy
- In the event that full payment is not made at the time of job completion, we will issue a payment reminder on the same day.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the invoice will be forwarded to a registered debt collection agency contracted by us.
- The customer will be fully responsible for any interest, late fees, and collection costs incurred as part of the debt recovery process.
5. Warranties
- Supply and Fit Projects: We offer a 1-year callout-free warranty covering both devices and labour.
- Fitting Only Projects: No warranty is provided if the devices are supplied by the customer.
- Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or tampering with installed systems.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the service has been completed. However, issues covered under warranty will be resolved at no cost within the warranty period.
7. Limitation of Liability
- SECURE YOUR HOME Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or malfunction of installed systems.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure appropriate maintenance and care of installed equipment.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and clear access to the installation area.
- Provide accurate information regarding the property and electrical infrastructure.
- Comply with payment and warranty terms as outlined above.
9. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except where required for legal or debt recovery purposes.
